Write something you wish to be in rainbow color style.
Make selection of the whole text
With the entire text selected, press and hold the color bar at the bottom
Now, from the end of the text selected move your hand deselecting the text while moving your other finger off your second hand on the color bar below opposite to the side of your first hand.
Wollah! You just got text rainbowed.

2. SPECIAL FANCY FONTS FOR YOUR POSTS

Apparently, there’s no option available on Instagram that lets you change the font of your text for your posts or pages. Using different font will definitely let you stand out in a different category amongst others.
